Change the Header Graphic
You can easily delete or modify this page. Visit add or edit a page instructions for more details.
Okay. First things first. You need to change the header graphic. We included the basic image you see at the top of the page, just to give you an example. The image size is 900 x 150 pixels and it should be saved in JPG format. If you’re familiar with graphics programs, you can make the image yourself. Otherwise, you can hire a graphic designer to make it for you.
Once its ready, just login to your Dashboard and click [Theme] and then [Custom Image Header]. Scroll down and click [Browse] to upload your image. Click [Upload] and you’re done. Click [Refresh] on your browser and the new header should show up.
Here are a couple things to keep in mind. First, if your image is NOT the correct size (900 x 150 pixels), the platform will allow you to crop it or stretch it to the right size. The problem is that your image can get fuzzy when you modify it that way. You’re much better off getting the image the exact right size right from the start. It will be crisper and look better.
Another thing is that this theme automatically puts the Website Title and the Website Description in the top right-hand corner, in front of your header graphic. You can eliminate that by clicking [Design] and then [Theme Editor]. Select [stylesheet.css] and scroll down to the bottom. Add the following two lines of code and click [Update File] and the platform will no longer display those words.
